SwingPerfect Warranty Information

Your SwingPerfect is warranted for 1-Year after purchase for all parts, defects in workmanship and materials. If you have a warranty issue, please contact SwingPerfect at 1-866-832-5632 or e-mail at customerservice@swingperfect.com.

NOTE: You must include original sales receipt with all warranty returns. The provisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other written warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The manufacturer's maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the product. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. This warranty does not cover a defect that resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, improper packing, or unauthorized tampering, alteration, or modification as determined solely by SwingPerfect, LLC.

Return Procedure

1. Contact SwingPerfect by e-mail at customerservice@swingperfect.com or call us at toll free (866) 832-5632, 9am – 5pm EST, M-F for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and a ship to address.
2. Please clearly mark the outside of your package with your RMA#
3. Once the product is received and examined by SwingPerfect, LLC we will issue you a refund or contact you with any additional questions. All RMA#s are valid for 30 days past the issue date. We must receive your return before the expiration date of the RMA#.
